Our religious themed intaglios are custom made from molds that are made from authentic antique 19th century European Grand Tour intaglios. These miniature relief carvings were originally made as souvenirs from what was known as the Grand Tour, a traditional right of passage for the educated in the 17th and 18th centuries.
